I was able to head to San Francisco for the day on Saturday for our first Community Playdate at McKinley Park. Huge thank you to Aubrey, our SF lead who hosted and put everything together somehow flawlessly - with a 6 month old! Moms are magic. Sensory stations, bubbles, face paint, arts & crafts, vintage shopping - it was the most perfect day. Shared a quick recap reel today on IG, film photos coming soon!

It got me really excited for our LA Community Playdate happening this Saturday - it’s going to be a lot of fun! Coffee for parents + lucky marshmallow milk for the kids, a family music show, hands on group crafts, cardboard sledding, freebies for the first 50, and a few more surprises! 📍 Westlake
Public Safety Fair & Touch-A-Truck
Wednesday 9/17 Head to Westlake Village Community Park for Touch-A-Truck in honor of Emergency Preparedness Month! Meet members of the LA County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments and other safety experts. Be one of the first to complete an event stamp card and receive a safety swag bag. (5pm - 7pm)

Magnetic Me x Community Playdate
Saturday 9/20 Although we reached capacity the first few hours the event went live, you can still join the waitlist in case spots open up. We’ll have group hands-on craft activities, cardboard sledding, a live music show with Jammin by Jared, coffee available for purchase by The Butter (including kids marshmallow milk), goodie bags for the first 50 attendees (come early!), snacks by Solely, and take home freebies by Grüns & CVT Soft Serve (while supplies last)! It’s going to be a really good time. See you there! (9am - 11am)

Union Station Train Festival
Saturday - Sunday 9/20 & 9/21 One of the coolest free events around for families with little train enthusiasts. Explore vintage and modern trains, model exhibits, interactive booths, live entertainment, and fun activities throughout the station. (10am - 6pm)

📍 Hollywood
Bob Baker Marionette Theater’s Puppets in The Park 
Sunday 9/21 A free 30-minute puppet show of FIESTA! on the @hollyhockhouse lawn, then stay for art activities lead by the Barnsdall Junior Arts Center. Bring a blanket, sing along, and make art! Always a good time. (9am - 12:30pm)

Cartoon Studio Square Day Block Party
Sunday 9/21 Celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the historic Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio Square with a free family-friendly block party. Enjoy trivia, screening, photo ops, live entertainment. At 2pm, dress in your 1920’s best attire and stroll down the street where Walt and Roy first created their cartoons for a costume parade (pets included!) (12pm - 5pm)
