9/28 Boney Island
📍 Griffith Park
Created by The Simpsons producer, Rick Polizzi, for his own family more than 20 years ago, Boney Island is back for the first time since 2019! Don’t miss the Haunted Mansion cauldron light show and the Haunted Hallowe’en Light Trail.

9/30 Underwood Family Farms Fall Harvest Festival
📍 Camarillo
A top tier pumpkin patch (my personal favorite) with games, tractor rides, photo ops, live music, animal shows, a corn maze and thousands of pumpkins!
Where & When: Underwood Family Farms, now through 10/31 (fall themed), 9am-6pm daily

9/30 Autry 35th Anniversary Celebration (Saturday)
📍 Griffith Park
To celebrate Autry Museum’s 35th year, they’re hosting a carnival on the lawn with games, a petting zoo, bounce houses, live music, and a ferris wheel. Special 35th anniversary ticket prices that are the same amount as they were when we first opened in 1988!

Mouse Berlin
Okay I’m sharing one of my very favorite corners of the internet. There are tons of cute Instagram shops that sell kids vintage but this one is extra special. This Berlin-based online boutique sources the absolute best thrifted pieces I’ve ever found, from vintage Levis to hand knit sweaters. Things sell fast but they have weekly drops—one of the few IG accounts I have notifications turned on for.

Blue Planet
📍 Woodland Hills
I recently discovered this hidden gem of the valley. Their focus is on unstructured play. Big Blue Blocks offer children the opportunity to integrate STEM into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world, real time applications. All while topping it off with some social learning and development.
