July 23nd—here's where I'm taking my kids this week

Summer Nights at The Tar Pits, Puppets in The Park, LAPL Community Day & Christmas in July ft. Elf!

Our free weekly email keeps you in the loop of local kid-friendly events and things to do 🤝

Know a parent who’s always asking what to do with their kids? Forward this to them — or tell them to subscribe here.

We just got back from a weekend trip in Palm Springs and had such a great time despite temps creeping well over 100 degrees each day. 🙃 We ended up hanging out by the pool most of the time (no complaints) but ventured out to rent bikes one morning before it got too hot and it was the highlight of the trip. It was our first time on e-bikes and now I kind of really need one. We didn’t get a chance to make it to Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert (CDMD), recommended by a playdate mom - ty Cass <3) which I was bummed about but it’s still high on our list for next time.

Our next Community Playdate is coming up in September and we’re partnering with a fun brand! We’ll keep you in the loop and will share more details soon! In the meantime, we’re having fun sharing more on TikTok. Instagram too of course but it’s fun to see the differences of the platforms and what content resonates. I had fun putting together our July Playdate-approved Picks - check it out HERE & let me know if you want to see more of these?
