📍 Mid Wilshire
Wednesday 2/29 Enjoy a free Community Screening of Lady and The Tramp at Beverly Cinema. Seating is first come, first served basis. (3pm)

📍 Woodland Hills
Saturday 2/1 Ring in the year of the snake with Lunar New Year Celebration happening at Topanga Social. Enjoy an amazing and interactive lion dance, red envelopes, fun decorations, and more! (3pm - 4pm)

📍 Mid City
Saturday 2/1 Academy Museum is hosting Drop-In Workshop for Families: Animation in celebration of Black History Month. Kids will be creating animation cels inspired by The Princess and The Frog. Animation cels, or celluloids, are used in a traditional animation practice where the animator paints images on a clear sheet of plastic. Families can create their own cel paintings and learn about this traditional animation process. (12:30pm - 2:30pm)

📍DTLA
Sunday 2/2 In honor of Black History Month, African American Firefighter Museum is hosting free guided tours, every Sunday in February! Take a 40-minute guided tour filled with stories of African American firefighter legacy in Los Angeles. Explore the grounds of historic Fire Station No. 30, which operated as a segregated firehouse from 1924 to 1955. Experience a real fire truck up close and enjoy a Kid’s Corner creative space and fun photo ops! (times vary)

Saturday 2/1 Free Pop-Up Grocery Store for LA Wildfire Victims with goods from amazing brands like Woon, YuzuCo, Graza, Bobbie and so many others! Be sure to sign up for a time slot at mollybaz.com/pantry. There will be Canyon Coffee and pastries and activities to keep kids busy while you shop. (10am - 4pm)

📍 Sherman Oaks
Saturday 2/1 Check out Unicorn Movie Presents Dog Man screening for families. Proceeds will support Alta Dena Girls and Alta Dena Boys. Unicorn Movie Club is a non-profit founded by moms. (12pm)
