Saturday 5/4 Head to the 3rd annual Kibō Nobori Children’s Day Festival in celebration of the Japanese holiday ‘Kokomo No Hi’ (Children’s Day) and AAPI Heritage Month! Decorate a tote and shop cute kids clothing and toys available for purchase! (11am - 4pm)

Saturday 5/4 Get free ice cream from Sweet Rose Creamery at Merci Milo x Rhode Mini pop-up this Saturday. Enjoy cold treats and shopping newness from both brands! (11am - 2pm)

📍 Santa Barbara
Saturday 5/4 If you’re in the mood for a nice drive down to SB, this is a good one! Snag black & white Portraits for Mother’s Day at Jake and Jones. Poses Awkwardly will be popping up for 15-minute mini shoots: book a time slot on their website! (times vary)

📍 Pasadena
Saturday 5/4 Check out Wheels on The Bus at Pasadena Playhouse, a theatre experience meant to explore and examine the world through song. Ideal for toddler and preschool ages! (9am)

 📍 Los Feliz
Saturday 5/4 Get hands on sensory play at the DIY Slime Workshop at Los Feliz Branch Library. Measure and mix to create custom slime. 25 kid capacity, registration required! (3pm - 4pm)

📍 Mid City
Saturday 5/4 Head to Academy Museum for May The Fourth Celebration: Across The Galaxy. Enjoy a Droid meet and greet, screenings, community mural and special presentation of the Dykstraflex—a computerized camera control system used to film the original Star Wars trilogy! (11am - 4pm)
