Search Party: Chaos at the Park

Your search for the perfect family game is over. Search Party: Chaos at the Park is an epic 3-D pop-up search-and-find adventure. 

The people of Chaos City amusement park are in trouble and it's up to you to follow the characters around the park to help answer questions and solve mysteries! 

Over the course of 15 missions, you'll sabotage mad scientists, help parkgoers find love, and more. With fun pop-up structures and a highly intricate board packed with hidden objects and kooky characters, including 300 hidden items, the whole family will have a blast. 

The game is perfect for players 8+, so parents, siblings, cousins, and friends can all get searching together. Find it at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Relatable.com.

10/20 Movies at The Steps: Matilda (Friday) FREE

Movies at The Steps is back this month with a Halloween twist. This is the last of the three Fridays in October and they’re ending with a bang. Come screen a classic for the whole family—Matilda! Movie will begin at sunset (7pm). Bring blankets to sit on. Complimentary popcorn and water (while supplies last) will be provided.

10/21 Pasadena Playhouse Family Play Day (Saturday) FREE
📍 Pasadena
Come together for a day of FREE entertainment and fun events tailored to theater makers and theatergoers of all ages. You can expect arts and crafts stations, face painters, balloon animal artists, food trucks, children’s musicians, super fun dance parties, amazing circus acts, and more.

10/22 pLAy Kid-Sized Market (Sunday)
📍 Culver City
This is such a great way to spend the day as a family. Get in on some early holiday shopping while the kids enjoy live entertainment. For the last event in August, they had everything from live story time in the grass, to a puppet show from Bob Baker Marionette! pLAy brings together small businesses, kid entrepreneurs, crafts, music and food to celebrate creativity and community!

This is such a great family-owned spot. I love that they have classes for the littlest ones at 3-7 months called Droolers and their popular toddler class, Super Bruisers, for the 2.5-3.5 age group. Classes offered all the way up to age 7 and are tailored for each group. Their focus is on development through imaginative and strategic play with music + movement!
